Blueberry Cream Pie

1 cup sour cream

¾ cup sugar

3 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 egg

3 Tbs flour

1 tsp vanilla

2 – 3 cups fresh blueberries



Topping


3 Tbs butter

4 Tbs flour

4 Tbs chopped pecans


Directions

Beat cream cheese until fluffy
Add sour cream and sugar and beat until smooth
Add egg and beat until smooth, add flour
Fold in blueberries and pour into 9” pie crust

Topping: Cut butter into flour, add pecans

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
Add topping and bake for 10 – 15 minutes longer
Chill
